How to retrieve data from SQL Server to Infopath Designer 2010

 

Steps:

Go to Data Connections,

 

click on Add >> Choose Receive Data >> click NEXT

Choose >> Database (Microsoft SQL Server only)  then click on Next

Choose Microsoft SQL SERVER Then click on NEXT

Click on SELECT DATABASE ...

Click on NEW SOURCE

 

 

Enter your SERVER NAME and choose your Authentication type and click on Next

Choose your Database and needed table or view then click on next

 

  Save your data connection as the following then click finish

Don'tforget to save your UDC file in a data connection library , go to Data connection again then click on Convert To connection file , browse for the Data connection library , click save , then go Approve the saved file

Then go to any field and click on FX choose data connection , table, field wanted 

DONE !
